Two Taiwan-Malaysia submarine cables Completely Disconnected After "Obstruction"
Taiwan's Ministry of Data and Information Technology says communications shouldn't be affected for the time being due to the disconnect and microwave and satellite backup has been activated.
TAIWAN - Two Taiwan-Malaysia submarine cables have been completely disconnected, according to Chunghwa Telecom after an obstruction at 1:36 pm on January 15th and then another early in the morning on January 22nd at 5:34 a.m.
