NORAD Intercepts Aircraft Violating Temporary Flight Restrictions Over Palm Beach, Florida

FLORIDA - North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) F-16 aircraft has intercepted a civilian aircraft that violated a Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) over Palm Beach, Florida on February 18th, 2025, according to the U.S. Air Force.
NORAD: "A friendly reminder to all aircrews to stay abreast of FAA NOTAMs."
The aircraft was not in communication with Air Traffic Control while it was inside the restricted airspace causing NORAD to scramble fighter jets, intercept the aircraft, and escort it out of the area.
All aircraft safely landed without incident, according to the Air Force which said that flares had been dispensed and may have been visible to the public.
