NATO Members Latvia, Romania Find Drone within Territory, Romania Says Drone Crossed Over Into Its Territory
According to NATO's Article 5 if one member of the alliance is subject to an attack, it “shall be considered an attack against them all.”
EUROPE - Latvia has voiced its protest to Russia after a Shahed drone was found in the Rēzekne Municipality on September 7th. Additionally, Romania also found drone fragments at a Romanian village near the Danube River bordering Ukraine on Sunday, just one day after a drone was found in Latvia.
Romania's Ministry of Defense also reported that a drone entered its airspace and then left its territory toward Ukraine:

Both Latvia and Romania are members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). According to NATO's Article 5 if one member of the alliance is subject to an attack, it “shall be considered an attack against them all.”
Romanian Ministry of Defense: “In the course of these events, the radar surveillance system identified and tracked the route of a drone that entered the national airspace and left the national territory towards Ukraine”.
