Israel/Gaza Conflict Updates For October 20th, 2023

IDF: "Following the report of launches into the Mount Dov area earlier today, about 20 launches from Lebanon to Israel were identified".

ISRAEL/GAZA/LEBANON - The Gazan Health Ministry has reported at least 4,100 deaths in Gaza due to Israel's retaliatory strikes on Hamas positions in the Gaza Strip, and 13,700 injured, while in Israel 1,400 people have been killed by Hamas attacks on the country, and 3,500 have been wounded. 21 Journalists and 32 American citizens have also been killed due to the conflict.
