IRAQ - Iraqi Security Forces, partnered with Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve carried out targeted airstrikes that killed the ISIS senior leader, Shahadhah 'Allawi Salih 'Ulaywi al-Bajjari, also known as Abu Issa, the "Wali of Kirkuk," which U.S. Central Command says was assessed to be the most senior ISIS official in Northern Iraq.
