YEMEN - Houthi forces launched four anti-ship ballistic missiles (ASBMs) toward the Red Sea. U.S. forces destroyed five unmanned aerial systems (drones), four of which were destroyed in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen, and another UAS was destroyed over the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Additionally, U.S. forces destroyed a Houthi patrol boat in the Red Sea, according to a statement released by U.S. Central Command.
"It was determined these systems presented an imminent threat to U.S., coalition forces, and merchant vessels in the region," the statement said.
