Houthi Claims It Carried Out "5 Military Operations" Against US, Israeli, British Targets
British security firm Ambrey reported that a vessel was attacked on Sunday 102 nautical miles southwest of Mukalla in Yemen, but did not say who initiated the attack.
YEMEN - Iranian-backed Houthis have released a statement claiming that they carried out "five military operations" against American, Israeli, and British targets over the past 72 hours.
According to the statement the British Hope Island was targeted with a number of missiles in the Red Sea, two Israeli ships: MSC Grace F and MSC Gina were targeted in the Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea (respectively), and also said that it carried out two drone operations against U.S. frigates in the Red Sea, claiming that the Houthis successfully hit their targets.
"In support of the oppressed Palestinian people, and to mark the tenth year of steadfastness in the face of the American-British aggression against our country, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out five military operations over the past 72 hours," the statement by the Iranian-backed Houthis read.
