Bomb Remotely Detonated In Pakistan, Killing At Least 4, Wounding over 30
The explosive device, which had been detonated remotely, was placed in a parked car on the side of the road.
PAKISTAN - In Turbat, southwestern Pakistan, an improvised explosive device was remotely detonated, resulting in the deaths of at least four individuals and injuring more than 30 others. Most of the casualties were Frontier Corps (FC) members, the paramilitary force responsible for border security and counterinsurgency operations.
NOTE: The final death toll hasn't settled yet, as the senior local police official Rashid-ur-Rehman told AFP that at least six people were killed in the blast, including FC soldiers and civilians.
